Multifamily developer and operator Fairfield announced the completion of construction of Coasterra Apartments, a mid-rise community that adds 242 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Located at 150 SE Third Ave. in the trendy Las Olas district, the community is one block from Los Olas Boulevard and offers an array of lifestyle amenities, including three commercial spaces occupied by Solidcore, a Pilates studio; Ideal Nutrition, a meal prep delivery and pickup; and Regions Bank.
“We have an incredibly desirable infill location; a beautiful, forward-thinking design; and a top-of-the-line interior design package,” said Tommy Brunson, president of development at Fairfield. “I’m pleased — but not surprised — to see how quickly we reached stabilization now that we have the final certificate of occupancy.”
