Fairfield acquires The District at Scottsdale apartments

Fairfield announced the acquisition of The District at Scottsdale, a 332-unit luxury housing community in Scottsdale, Ariz., offering a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments and on-site retail in a highly accessible location.

The District at Scottsdale offers modern apartment homes and amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, wine tasting room with temperature-controlled wine lockers, game lounge with billiard and poker tables, speakeasy and designer interiors including deluxe penthouses. It is also located across the street from Scottsdale Quarter and less than a mile from Kierland Commons with convenient freeway access.
