Exeter Property Group to develop 1msf warehouse project in Dallas

Exeter Property Group has plans to develop a new industrial park in Forney, Texas, about 21 miles east of Dallas, reported local media outlets.

The new industrial park, Exeter Logistics East, will be more than 1 million square feet, spanning across two buildings.

The project is estimated to be completed by the first quarter of 2022. Business Journal reported that the project’s costs will be $34 million.
