Eurazeo is leading a €130 million ($142 million) fundraising round in TSE, a solar energy producer in France, through its Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF). Bpifrance and investors from the Crédit Agricole group are also taking part in the fundraising round.
TSE aims to meet the challenges posed by energy and ecological transition, partly by developing agrivoltaic projects through partnerships with major players in the agriculture arena. TSE currently has 1.6 gigawatts of projects at varying stages of development.
This fundraising round will support the company’s growth and help it develop large-scale photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects.
