Equus Capital Partners sells office complex in Louisville, Colo., for $20m

Equus Capital Partners has sold Link @ Louisville, a two-building, 88,832 square-foot flex-office complex in Louisville, Colo., to Vista Investment Group, a California limited-liability company, for $20.15 million. The property was 87 percent occupied at the time of sale.

The two-building office complex at 248 Centennial Pkwy and 1172 Century Pl., branded as Link @ Louisville, is within the 1.3-million-square-foot Centennial Valley Business Park and along the U.S. 36 Highway Corridor, between downtown Denver and Boulder. Constructed in 1996, this property is on 7.68 acres and provides a parking ratio of 3.7 spaces per 1,000 square feet.
