Equus Capital Partners holds final close for U.S. value-add fund

Equus Capital Partners has completed a final close for its latest value-add real estate fund, Equus Investment Partnership XI. The fund raised a total of $387.7 million from investors.

The firm could not be reached to comment on its recent fundraising activity.

Equus Investment Partnership XI will invest in office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties throughout the United States. The fund was launched in 2017 and had a target of $350 million.

According to Equus’ website, the firm has sponsored a series of 13 closed-end, value-add funds and raised more than $3.5 billion of equity capital.

Equus has acquired more than 40 million square feet of commercial space on behalf of 150 institutional investors.
