The EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV has completed a final close at its €2.1 billion ($2.5 billion) hard cap, due to demand from both existing and new investors from across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The international investor base comprises public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, global asset management firms, commercial banks, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Value Fund IV will seek to acquire, develop, redevelop, lease, operate and sell supply chain and ecommerce-focused big-box warehouses, last-mile and light industrial properties serving major markets throughout Europe.
