Enviva, a producer of sustainable wood bioenergy, has plans to invest approximately $250 million in Bond, Miss., to build a new wood pellet production plant.
The facility is a key component of the company’s growth strategy to double production capacity from the current 6.2 million metric tons annually to approximately 13 million metric tons annually over the next five years.
