Endeavor Development and PCCP have formed a joint venture for the ground-up development of two class A business park buildings totaling 443,096 square feet at 10901 Elm Creek Blvd. N in Maple Grove, Minn., a northwest suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul.
The site will be the second phase of Arbor Lakes Business Park. The first phase of the business park was recently developed by Duke Realty and is 100 percent occupied.
“This second phase of Arbor Lakes Business Park is a prime development site within the most active industrial submarket of the Minneapolis-St. Paul region, which has experienced low vacancy and high levels of demand over the past several quarters,” said Josh Budish, principal with Endeavor Development.
Arbor Lakes Business Park – Phase II is a 22.38-acre, master-planned, modern business park. The fully entitled project will consist of two nearly identical buildings, each totaling 221,548 square feet at the southeast corner of Elm Creek Boulevard
