Situated 40 miles north of Houston in Conroe, Encore Rise was completed in 2022, and is located at 800 N. Farm to Market 3083 W. The apartment community was 95 percent leased at sale and features four three-story residential buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 619 square feet to 1,323 square feet.
