Elite Partners Capital completes first round of fundraising for logistics fund

Singapore-based alternative investment asset management company Elite Partners Capital has completed its first round of fundraising for its Elite Logistics Fund.

Opened in January, the fund has raised €150 million ($163 million) and will target logistics investment opportunities in continental Europe and the United Kingdom.

“In Europe, the rapid urbanization process and changing consumer behavior are increasing the demand for logistics services,” said Enoch Tan, portfolio director of Elite Logistics Fund. “Given that logistics assets usually bring more robust and defensive returns and are less affected by external fluctuations and economic turmoil, we are full of confidence in this fund’s performance.”

Elite Logistics Fund will manage more than 4 million square feet of logistics assets in Poland and the United Kingdo
