Eight-property apartment portfolio in L.A. sells for $162m

Sikand Properties has sold an eight-building apartment portfolio in Los Angeles County for $162 million to multiple buyers, according to news sources. The portfolio consists of 644 units.

The portfolio consist of the following properties:

Tamarind Terrace in Hollywood purchased by Raintree Partners Vista del Madre Apartments in Pasadena purchased by Harmony Court Investment Oaktree Apartments in Santa Clarita purchased by Oak Ridge Drive Fee Owner Stillmore Apartments in Canyon Country purchased by Wedgewood Inc. Regency Apartments in Van Nuys Foothill Village Apartments in Sylmar Sylvan Apartments in Van Nuys Woodley Court in Van Nuys
