Edgewater Ventures, in partnership with McKinley Building Corp., announces the development of Wilmington Trade Center, a three-building class A industrial development that will total 425,000 square feet upon completion.
Construction is under way on Building 1, a 157,610-square-foot state-of-the-art facility that will feature tilt-up concrete construction with extensive glass lines, 32-foot clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, and a 180-foot deep truck court. Building 1 is slated to deliver in early September and can accommodate tenants ranging in size from 22,000 square feet to 157,610 square feet.
Wilmington Trade Center will be the first ever speculative class A industrial development constructed within New Hanover County and featuring a Wilmington address.
