€350m Partners Group, Aristeas JV buys another Spanish logistics scheme

Aristeas Lógica, the joint venture between Partners Group and Aristeas, has acquired 135,000 logistics square meters in Ontígola (Toledo), Madrid’s third logistics ring.

The financial terms were not disclosed.

“This transaction represents the largest project of our joint venture to date, and we are delighted to continue increasing our platform with Aristeas in Spain,” said Romain Antoine Ruiz, director of the private real estate area of Partners Group. “In an environment of uncertainty, we continue to be very selective and focus on class A logistics assets in the main urban locations of Barcelona and Madrid. This joint venture reflects our strong confidence in the last-mile and big-box sectors throughout Europe.”

The Ontígola plot is located in the Los Abardiales III Industrial Estate facing the A-4 motorway, which connects Madrid with the south of Spain, and has direct access in both directions to both the A-4 and the R-4.
