DWS Infrastructure and InfraVia to sell stake in Italian airport group

by Kali Persall

DWS Infrastructure and InfraVia have agreed to sell their combined 88 percent stake in Milione, the parent company of SAVE Group, to a consortium composed of Ardian and Finint Infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.

In 2017, funds managed by DWS and InfraVia took SAVE Group private alongside the Italian historical shareholder Finanziaria Internazionale.

SAVE Group is an Italian airport group operating Venice Marco Polo Airport, a strategic gateway for both national and international traffic, as well as the airports of Verona, Treviso and Brescia under long-term concessions. It also holds a participation in the airport of Charleroi in Belgium. In 2024, the SAVE Group handled a total of 29 million passengers across all its airports.
