OVG Real Estate has sold office building MM25, located at the Marten Meesweg in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to a family office in the Middle East. A sales price was not disclosed.
The 161,000-square-foot MM25 is fully let and includes 546 parking spaces.
“This sale confirms the need for new smart, high-quality office buildings in Rotterdam. It stimulates our vision to create healthier working and living environments by further promoting the application of smart technology with EDGE Technologies,” said Boudewijn Ruitenburg, executive commercial director at EDGE Technologies.
The property was redeveloped into a “SMART building” through the application of various smart technologies, based on the technology platform of EDGE Technologies.
