CBRE has appointed Don Lim as managing director, Korea, for its advisory services business.

With immediate effect, Lim will assume full responsibility for CBRE’s advisory services business, including capital markets, advisory and transaction services, property management, valuations, and project management, across Korea. He will also partner closely with CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) leadership and assume responsibility for all functional areas in Korea.

Lim joined CBRE in 2005 and has worked in a variety of different roles. He will continue in this capacity while CBRE appoints a successor to lead its capital markets business in Korea.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a master’s degree in management of foreign direct investment from the Korea Development Institute
