Domain Capital Group, and its subsidiary, Domain Timber Advisors, has announced a series of leadership changes.
Domain Timber Advisors Managing Director Joe Sanderson will retire and will remain in an advisory role through 2025.
As part of this transition, John Capriotti and Don Warden will join Domain Timber Advisors as managing directors and co-heads.
Capriotti brings more than 20 years of experience across the real estate, timber and finance sectors, specializing in real estate transactions, underwriting and fund development and management. He has led acquisition efforts for three start-up timberland companies, successfully growing their collective asset value to more than $3 billion.
Warden has held leadership roles for more than 25 years with public and private investment companies spanning the real estate, timber and energy industries. He has extensive experience in asset and portfolio management, real estate transactions, natural capital developmen
