DLP Capital, a private real estate investment and finance firm, has purchased two tracts of land in Fort Worth, Texas, with plans to build two rental-home communities.
Orchard Farms will be located at Shelby Road and Rendon Road in Fort Worth and is where DLP will develop and build the rental-home community.
Mansions at Marine Creek is located at 5201 Shadydell Drive. DLP will construct a 638 multifamily-rental homes, bringing a combined total of more than one thousand homes for rent to Fort Worth.

"There is a growing demand for affordable workforce housing to rent across the country, and DLP will be able to supply the area with brand-new, state-of-the-art homes."
