DivcoWest has broken ground on 441 Morgan Ave., a 10-story, 375,000-square-foot life sciences building situated in the growing innovation hub that is Cambridge Crossing, the new 43-acre mixed-use neighborhood at the intersection of Boston; Cambridge, Mass.; and Somerville, Mass.
Tenants include Sanofi, Bristol Myers Squibb, Philips, Cerevel Therapeutics and Thrive Earlier Detection.
441 Morgan Ave. comprises of 10 lab floors plus two penthouse floors, and five outdoor terraces. DivcoWest expects to complete construction of the shell of the building in early 2023.
