Digital Colony Management has finalized the acquisition of Landmark Dividend, a digital infrastructure company.
The companies entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition in mid-May. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Landmark Dividend owns, among other things, 100 percent of the membership interests in the general partner of Landmark Infrastructure Partners (LMRK) and 13.2 percent of the common units representing limited partner interests in LMRK.
