Diamond Properties, a real estate investment, management and development firm, announced the acquisition of 4312 Clary Blvd., a 115,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing and distribution facility in Kansas City, Mo.
The property is fully occupied by Liquid Soap Products, an established manufacturer of environmentally responsible cleaning and personal-care products. The facility serves as a central operating location for the company, bringing together manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and corporate-office functions under one roof.
