Diamond Properties announced the acquisition of 1120 West 130th St., a 100,301-square-foot industrial facility in Brunswick, Ohio, within the Greater Cleveland industrial market.
The property is 100 percent leased to I.D. Images through June 2031 and serves as the company’s corporate headquarters as well as an order fulfillment and distribution facility. Founded in 1995, I.D. Images is a North American label manufacturer serving customers across industries including food and beverage, health and beauty, automotive, shipping and logistics, and medical and laboratory services.
Built in 2000 on approximately 7.3 acres, the property features 30-foot clear heights, 13 dock doors, one drive-in door, 107 parking spaces and 3,000 amps of power. Approximately 9.5 percent of the building is dedicated to office space, reflecting its combined corporate headquarters and industrial use.
