Dexus Australian Logistics Trust buys two industrial properties

Dexus Australian Logistics Trust bought two industrial properties in Australia for a combined price of A$173.5 million ($121 million).

One of the facilities is located at 37–39 Wentworth St. in Greenacre, New South Wales, and spans 19,246 square meters (207,000 square feet), with 5,950 square meters (64,000 square feet) of expansion space. The cold storage facility on the roughly four-hectare (10-acre) site is leased to Real Dairy Australia and Tomkin. Meanwhile, the facility at Merrifield Business Park in Mickleham, Victoria, measures 51,595 square meters (555,000 square feet) and is being developed for Ford Australia.

The settlement of both lands is expected in July.
