Devon Self Storage has promoted Harry Sharp to director – asset management/investor relations.
In that capacity, Sharp will continue to assist with the preparation of financial models for acquisitions, securing debt and dispositions. His new responsibilities will include investor reporting, revenue management for Devon’s 42 national self-storage sites, and publishing Devon’s quarterly newsletter. Sharp joined Devon in June 2018 as an analyst in the asset management department.
