Dermody, a diversified private equity investment management company focused exclusively on the national logistics real estate sector, has completed construction of LogistiCenter at Irvine I and LogistiCenter at Irvine II, two class A logistics spaces located within the Irvine Spectrum submarket located off Alton Parkway and Muirlands Boulevard in Irvine, Calif.
Earlier this year, Dermody announced the lease of LogistiCenter at Irvine II, a 91,600-square-foot logistics facility, to a large automaker for its research-and-development efforts.
