Deka Immobilien has acquired a class A office building in Prague, Parkview, from developer Skanska for €77 million ($93 million).
A single standalone building, providing just under 16,000 square meters (172,000 square feet) of office space over eight stories, Parkview offers the highest standards of environmental technology.
Completed in second quarter 2020, Parkview is 94 percent leased to eight tenants, including internationally recognizable blue-chip brands such as Cisco, Grant Thornton and Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Parkview is the final new development within the ‘City’ commercial development project in Pankrác — an area developed during the past 15 years to provide a compact, thriving office and retail hub.
