Deka Immobilien GmbH has acquired the Verde office building in London Victoria, a submarket of the London West End.
The sellers are Tishman Speyer and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
The sales price is estimate to be £460 million ($515 million).
The investment will take place as part of a joint venture of the two open-ended real estate funds “WestInvest ImmoValue” for institutional investors and “Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.”
The office building was originally built in 1995 and completely refurbished in 2017 in a high-quality way. Verde has a rentable space of almost 30,000 square meters (323,000 square feet), which is leased to 17 high-credit-rating users in the long term.
