Jon Needham will join The Davis Cos. as senior vice president of asset management for the firm’s science and technology industry vertical, which includes life sciences, advanced research and development, clean technology, and medical office assets.
In his new role, Needham will manage the firm’s portfolio of science and technology-oriented real estate assets and to continue the growth of its advanced R&D and life science integrated platform.
Needham brings a decade of national experience in investments, asset management and transactions to Davis. Most recently, he served as the vice president of asset management at BentallGreenOak (BGO).
Davis’ portfolio has or currently includes world-class facilities and developments in life sciences hubs such as Cambridge, Seaport, Watertown and Medford in Massachusetts. Currently, the portfolio includes 30 investments totaling more than 5.8 million square feet of space.
