The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board Retirement Trust has issued a request for proposals, seeking consulting services for its defined benefit plan and defined contribution plan.
The trust has a 9.5 percent allocation to real estate.
According to a solicitation document, the consulting firm will help with strategic and tactical investment planning, portfolio monitoring, performance measurement, asset allocation, risk management, and compliance reporting, in addition to a slew of other tasks.
The contract term spans three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
Proposals are due March 2, 2020.
