The properties are 66 percent leased, reflecting a strong value opportunity in a submarket with a 2.9 percent vacancy rate. They are home to seven tenants, with suite sizes ranging from approximately 3,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet. The buildings feature five dock-high doors and six drive-in doors.
The portfolio offers access to Interstates 90, 290 and 294, as well as proximity to O’Hare International Airport. The O’Hare submarket serves as a centralized distribution hub for major logistics and ecommerce users, with notable nearby tenants including Amazon and FedEx.
