Dalfen Industrial announced the acquisition of a 100 percent occupied, 98,666 square feet property in west Fort Worth. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.
The property is next to the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics headquarters where they manufacture military aircrafts including the F-35, F-22, F-16, C-130 and U-2. This is the second acquisition in Fort Worth in the past nine months.
Built in 2017, West Tarrant Distribution Center is located at 1403 S. Cherry Lane in White Settlement, Texas. The property is in close proximity to Interstate 820 (the loop around Fort Worth) as well as Intersstate 30 (the major east/west thoroughfare through North Texas). The asset is located in the West Tarrant County industrial submarket, adjacent to one of the top performing submarkets in Dallas–Fort Worth.
