Cypress Real Estate Advisors (CREA) has acquired a 79–unit luxury multifamily complex on Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard for $38 million ($481,012 per unit) from Cornerstone Holdings and Harridge Development Group, which co-owned the property through a joint venture.
The MetWest complex, located at 5837 Sunset Blvd., is six stories and includes a rooftop pool deck, gym, patio decks and a parking structure, according to The Real Deal, a Los Angeles–based news source.
Chicago-based real estate company Cushman & Wakefield reportedly represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.
