C&W appoints head of hotel transactions for EMEA

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rob Seabrook to lead transactional activity in its EMEA Hotels & Hospitality team. He will join as partner of hotels investment, Cushman & Wakefield. Seabrook has nearly 30 years’ investment experience and has specialized in hotel investment for the last 17 years, advising on single assets as well as large portfolios. For the past three years Seabrook has led CBRE’s U.K. hotel investment team. Prior to that he spent 20 years at JLL, rising to managing director – U.K. & Northern Europe Transactions.
