CVC DIF to buy aviation GSE leasing company HiSERV

CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy fund of global private markets manager CVC that recently joined forces with DIF Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire HiSERV, the German market leader in aviation ground service equipment (GSE) leasing.

Headquartered in Berlin, HiSERV engages in GSE leasing and maintenance and repair services through its network of workshops across European airports. It serves more than 60 blue-chip customers, consisting of independent ground handlers, airlines and airport operators, at more than 30 European airports. The company owns and services a fleet of more than 5,000 units, varying from motorized pushback tractors and belt loaders to nonmotorized dollies and baggage carts.
