Cushman & Wakefield buys warehouse in Greater Tokyo

by Released

Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K. has acquired, through the Kazo Facility Special Purpose Company, a development site for a logistics facility in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

The logistics facility, which will consist of approximately 27,000 square meters (290,626 square feet), is scheduled for completion in May 2024.

Located approximately 5.1 kilometers (3.2 miles) from the Hanyu Interchange and 5.8 kilometers (3.6 miles) from the Kazo Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, the development site is well-connected to the entire Tokyo metropolitan area, making it a convenient transportation base for wide-area distribution. It is also within proximity to the Kazo Otone Industrial Park.

Logistics Facility (LF) Kazo will be constructed as a two-story logistics facility. The tenant block can be leased either as a single-tenant building or divided into two tenant spaces. There are plans to provide about 100 parking spaces and over 10 waiting spaces
