CS Capital Management announced that Kimberly Smith has joined the company as managing director.
Her duties will include asset management, acquisitions, and investment management
oversight.
Smith has more than 20 years of experience in institutional real estate asset management, property management, and accounting. She has previously held senior positions at KBS Realty Advisors, The Koll Co., and Cassidy Turley.
