A joint venture between Crow Holdings Capital and Panattoni has plans to develop FRED310, a 4 million-square-foot industrial development in Frederickson, Wash., located 40 miles south of Seattle’s central business district and about 15 miles from downtown Tacoma.
Construction on the 310-acre development will begin with 2.3 million square feet, Phase 1 of the plan, totaling four state-of-the-art, class A buildings of 753,199 square feet (Building D), 437,360 square feet (Building E), 549,320 square feet (Building F) and 614,020 square feet (Building G).
The facilities will offer clear heights ranging from 36 feet to 40 feet, large truck courts and ample parking for trailers and automobiles.
