Cromwell EREIT Management CEO steps down

by Andrea Zander

Philip Levinson has resigned as CEO and executive director of Cromwell EREIT Management, effective Aug. 31. The Singapore-listed REIT has begun a search for a new CEO.

Levinson was appointed CEO in November 2017. Prior to joining CEREIT, Levinson was the CEO of Singapore-listed Cambridge Industrial Trust (now called ESR-REIT) and was a managing partner of Penmount Partners, a specialist investment advisory firm in Singapore.

CEREIT is the first Singapore REIT that offers investors an opportunity to invest in a diversified Pan-European portfolio. Its initial public offering portfolio consists of 74 properties in or close to major gateway cities in Denmark, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, with a balanced focus on the office and light industrial/logistics sector.
