Real estate investor and manager Cromwell Property Group has appointed Lionel Naturkrejt as head of investment in France. He will be based in Cromwell’s Paris office.
As head of investment, France, Naturkrejt will be responsible for leading Cromwell’s growth strategy in France, including the disposal and acquisition of all assets throughout the country.
Lionel joins Cromwell from Société Générale Real Estate Advisory, where he was head of corporate clients. Prior to this, he spent eight years at Allianz Real Estate, latterly as head of acquisitions West Europe. In his 17 years in the property industry, all of which have been based in France, he has also worked at AMB (now Prologis) and Unibail (now Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield).
