Croatan Investments launches new multifamily fund

Croatan Investments, a private equity real estate manager focused on multifamily investments, has launched a new fund, Croatan Multifamily All-Weather Fund II.

The fund will acquire and develop multifamily properties in Mid-Atlantic and Sunbelt states. Croatan also will form joint ventures to acquire and develop these properties, in some cases.

Croatan Investments did not disclose a fundraising target for its latest investment vehicle.
