Cress Capital, Brasa Capital Management JV acquire 122,904 sf industrial property in Los Angeles County

Cress Capital and Brasa Capital Management announced the acquisition of a three-building, multitenant industrial property in Baldwin Park, located within the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County.

Built in 1989, the 122,904-square-foot property features 14 tenants, including long-term occupants Home Depot and Goodman Distribution, and was 100 percent occupied at closing. Immediate access to one of the densest population centers in the country combined with attractive physical attributes make the project an ideal location for a wide range of companies.
