Crescent Communities announced it has completed construction for all of AXIAL Crosspoint’s three buildings at the intersection of Interstates 85 and 185 in Greenville, S.C. Contemporary lighting manufacturer Access Lighting will be the development’s first tenant, occupying approximately 60,000 square feet in Building 3.
Located on 72 acres just five miles from downtown Greenville, AXIAL Crosspoint consists of three infill, rear-load buildings totaling 283,242 square feet, 73,271 square feet and 201,649 square feet, with 516 car parking and 94 trailer spaces. These features, along with the facility’s modern clear heights of 32 feet and 36 feet and superior access to the I-85 corridor, make it the ideal location for all types of manufacturing, assembly, and distribution tenants.
Crescent Communities also announced that construction has started on AXIAL Midway 321, the fourth project in the Charlotte, N.C, region slated to open under the AXIAL brand.
