The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, operating as CPP Investments, has promoted principal Edwina Kelly to a senior role at the firm.
Kelly stepped into her new role as senior principal this month, operating out of New York City, according to her LinkedIn page.
Prior to CPP Investments, Kelly served first as vice president, then director, at EFG-Hermes Private Equity. She has also held roles at Lightsource Renewable Energy, Innisfree and Deloitte.
CPP Investments invests in large-scale infrastructure businesses with stable long-term cashflows and minimal substitution risk, according to the firm’s website. Typically, it seeks investment opportunities in regulated networks such as water, gas, electricity and telecoms; transportation, such as toll roads, ports, rail and airports; and energy, including pipelines and storage.
