Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment trust managed by Cordiant Capital, has raised £370 million ($514 million) in its initial public offering in January, Investment Week reports.
The company was initially seeking to raise £300 million ($417 million).
Cordiant Capital is planning to list the infrastructure trust on the London Stock Exchange on Feb. 16. The firm will admit 370 million ordinary shares and 46.25 million subscription shares to trading on the specialist fund segment of the LSE's main market.
Cordiant Capital will use the funds to invest in operating digital infrastructure assets, with a predominant focus on data centers, telecommunications towers and fiber-optic network assets, primarily located in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and Canada.
