Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has promoted Stig Pastwa, who joined the firm three years ago as partner and CFO, to COO.
CIP said the role will lead the growth of the fund-management platform necessary for CIP’s organization. The scope of her role will involve strategy, public affairs, communication, legal, compliance, ESG and people.
At the same time, CIP appointed Bo Foged as partner and CFO, effective by July 1. He joins the firm from ATP, where he served as CEO. He previously was CFO at ATP, and CEO and CFO at BankInvest.
At CIP, Foged will be responsible for finance, tax, IT, treasury, risk, fund performance and financial modeling.
CIP, the world’s largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield renewable energy investments, is planning to deploy €100 billion ($110 billion) into green energy investments by 2030.
