Continental Realty Opportunistic Retail Fund I, a value-add fund managed by Continental Realty Corp., has raised more than $127 million, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Continental Realty Opportunistic Retail Fund I is focused on acquiring value-add and income-producing retail properties in targeted submarkets throughout the United States. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
The vertically integrated company has a diverse real estate portfolio, composed of shopping centers, apartment communities, flex space, office parks, restaurants, undeveloped land and warehouse buildings.
