Conrad Energy has made the first in a series of acquisitions to complement its growing organic battery pipeline.
Conrad acquired a 24-megawatt battery project in Blackpool, England, from Power Initiatives. Grid connection and planning consent has been secured for the project, and the site is expected to commence construction in the fall.
The company’s battery pipeline stands at more than 250 megawatts.
