Confluent Development and Invesco Real Estate have plans to develop Central Park Business Center, an infill industrial business park located in Denver.

The 243,950-square-foot industrial campus will include two class A buildings, divisible down to approximately 20,000 square feet, with direct interstate visibility.

The park is scheduled to break ground in March and to deliver in fourth quarter 2021. Building One will consist of 130,900 square feet, divisible to 22,880 square feet. Building Two will total 113,050 square feet, divisible to 19,760 square feet.

Denver was recently named the 11th top market in the U.S. for new industrial development, according to CBRE’s inaugural U.S. Development Opportunity Index.
