A development joint venture between Condyne Capital Partners and an account managed by UBS Realty Investors has sold 105 Baker Hollow Road, a class A, 165,625-square-foot warehouse facility located in Windsor, Conn.
JLL represented the seller in the transaction. NorthPoint Development acquired the property.
